What is Microblading?

Unlike a regular tattoo, microblading is a form of tattoo artistry where pigment is implanted under your skin with a manual handheld tool instead of a machine. An aesthetician draws hair-like strokes with the tool to mimic natural hairs in your brows. Even though it’s not as deep as the regular tattoo, it’s still a tattoo because pigment is implanted under the skin. Microblading is also referred to as 3D feathering or micropigmentation.

How Long Do They Really Last?

Micropigmentation is designed to gently fade over time. Fading is desired as it allows to have changes made to color and shape of the brow as our natural face shape and coloration changes over the years.

Can Microblading Harm Eyebrows?

Microblading is done to supplement where eyebrows are sparse, so it does not harm natural eyebrows.

Does it hurt?

A topical numbing cream and liquid is applied for 30 minutes prior to your treatment to ensure comfort but pain threshold levels vary from person to person.

Can Makeup be used after micorblading?

Once the microbladed sections have completely healed, makup can be used.
